We take great pride in our website and guarantee that everything we sell is represented as accurately as possible with both our description & pictures. We are therefore confident that you will be more than satisfied with your purchase.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are permitted but must be returned by the customer within 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.

Prior to returning an item, please email us at eyewearstraps@aol.co.uk, quoting your order details and stating whether a refund or exchange is required, so that we can ensure your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

We will process exchange requests for like items in a different style, based upon availability and cost of item. Please keep in mind that our stock levels fluctuate and we may not have all styles available immediately. If the item you are requesting is not available when your exchange request is processed, will notify you of the status and process a refund if you wish.

All returned items MUST meet these simple requirements:

- Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This means specifically: unworn condition other than trying on for fit, sizing. Boxes, packing, leaflets & products must be in their original condition without markings, tape, folds and must not be in any way in a defective condition.

- Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods, no exceptions

- An item may be returned for a refund of your original purchase price, but this does not include shipping costs.

Refunds including shipping charges will only be granted where the product is inspected by EyewearStraps.com and is deemed to be defective or in error. Return shipping refunds in these cases are limited to the standard ground rate for your items.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of goods and are issued in the same method of original payment, unless otherwise specified. Email confirmations are sent upon completion of the refund.

Return Packing & Shipping:

Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton/envelope. Please include a copy of your invoice in the carton/envelope.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping for your return.
